`Open House' is the policy towards visitors to the home; we welcome and encourage friends and family to visit. Visitors can be accommodated in either the Inn or in Bed and Breakfast establishments, which the management can recommend. A wide choice of accommodation in local holiday cottages is also available close by. The railway station at Wool is two miles away, with an adjacent taxi service.

We are actively involved in all village activities, Open Gardens, local fetes, and plays: Residents, family and friends are invited to go out and socialize on these occasions.
